Retail sales on alasil.ae are operated by RUKN ALASIL ELECTRONICS TRADING L.L.C, Dubai DED license 970350, VAT TRN 104194469300003, at Gargash Center, Office 509, Deira, Dubai, UAE. DAR ALASIL TECH FZCO, DIEZ license 06796, is another company in our group and supports corporate operations.

We make reasonable efforts to keep product details, prices, and stock accurate. Obvious errors may be corrected before fulfilment. Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. Delivery, returns, and cancellations

Delivery timing, return eligibility, refunds, and cancellations are governed by the policies linked on this website. The Dubai same-day delivery cutoff is 9 PM. An order cancellation is effective only after our team confirms it before preparation or dispatch.

Products and warranty

Products are sold as genuine, brand-new, and in original factory-sealed packaging unless the product page clearly states otherwise. Eligible Apple-branded hardware includes Apple's One-Year Limited Warranty. Service is available through Apple Stores and eligible Apple Authorized Service Providers in most parts of the world, subject to Apple's terms, product eligibility, and local service availability.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape protected information, interfere with other users, or use the service for unlawful activity.

Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable UAE law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
