UAE delivery

Standard delivery is free on every UAE order with no minimum order value. Cash on Delivery is available only for eligible addresses and orders. Any applicable COD fee is shown at checkout before the order is confirmed.

Dubai same-day delivery

Place your order by 9 PM for same-day delivery in Dubai. Eligible express orders may arrive within four hours. Orders placed after 9 PM are scheduled for the next available delivery day.

Other Emirates

Orders to the other Emirates are delivered the next day.

Delivery days and tracking

We deliver seven days a week across the UAE, including Sundays. Delivery may be unavailable or delayed on UAE public holidays. Tracking or delivery updates are sent after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by traffic, weather, access restrictions, incomplete addresses, or events outside our reasonable control. 

Store pickup

Approved orders may be collected from Gargash Center, Office 509, Deira, Dubai, UAE, Monday to Saturday from 10 AM to 9 PM. Wait for pickup confirmation before travelling and bring the order confirmation plus valid identification.

Delivery attempts and address accuracy

Provide a complete address and reachable UAE phone number. If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable or the address is incorrect, we will contact you to arrange the next step. Additional costs caused by repeated failed attempts may be charged only when disclosed and agreed.

Damaged or incomplete delivery

Inspect the package promptly and contact us within 48 hours if it is visibly damaged, incorrect, or incomplete. Send your order number and clear photos or video to info@alasil.ae or WhatsApp +971 4 288 5680.
