alAsil is a Dubai-based retailer and wholesale supplier of genuine consumer technology, with a specialist focus on Apple products.

Our Companies

Retail sales and our physical Deira store are operated by RUKN ALASIL ELECTRONICS TRADING L.L.C, Dubai DED license 970350. DAR ALASIL TECH FZCO, DIEZ license 06796, is another company in our group and supports our corporate operations.

Our Store

Visit us at 509 Gargash Center, Al Sabkha Rd, Deira, Dubai, UAE. We are open Monday to Saturday from 10 AM to 9 PM and closed on Sundays and UAE public holidays.

Genuine and Sealed Products

Products are sold as genuine, brand-new, and in original factory-sealed packaging unless a product page clearly states otherwise. Apple serial-number coverage information can be checked through Apple's official coverage website.

Apple Warranty

Eligible Apple-branded hardware includes Apple's One-Year Limited Warranty. Warranty service is available through Apple Stores and eligible Apple Authorized Service Providers in most parts of the world, subject to Apple's terms, product eligibility, parts, local service availability, and any applicable country-of-sale restrictions.

Delivery and Returns

Standard UAE delivery is free. Order by 8 PM for same-day Dubai delivery. Other Emirates are normally delivered the next business day, with some locations taking up to two business days. Eligible unopened and sealed products may be returned within 14 days under our Return Policy.

Payments, VAT and Support
