When will my order arrive?
Order by 8 PM for same-day delivery in Dubai. Other Emirates are normally delivered the next business day, with some locations taking up to two business days. No delivery takes place on Sundays or UAE public holidays.
How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery is free on every UAE order with no minimum order value. If Cash on Delivery is available for your address, any applicable COD fee is shown at checkout before you confirm the order.
Where is Cash on Delivery available?
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible addresses across the UAE. Availability and any applicable fee are confirmed at checkout.
What is the return policy?
Eligible change-of-mind returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in its original sealed packaging with all accessories.
What warranty do Apple products include?
Eligible Apple-branded hardware includes Apple's One-Year Limited Warranty. Warranty service is available through Apple Stores and eligible Apple Authorized Service Providers in most parts of the world, subject to Apple's terms, product eligibility, and local service availability.
Can I modify or cancel an order?
Contact us immediately. An order may be changed or cancelled only before it is prepared or dispatched and only after our team confirms the cancellation. After dispatch, the Return Policy applies.
